Help with both Commodore64 and Dreamcast needed!

Im a beginner of all this with retropie.. but i found out that i can get my old childhoodlove Commodore64 on to it, correct?

I found a downloadable file.. contains both a lot of roms and also a lot of other folders and files..
the question is if i copy all of it to my Commodore 64-folder on the memorycard in the retropie, or do i have to do something more?

Also.. i found a large .cdi-file that is told to be containing a lot of Dreamcast-games.. but some people said that it just not as simple as coping it on to the correct folder of the memorycard.. but that i also have to install some kind of thing into the retropie?

Would appreciate some help :)

Btw.. do you know how much space is needed for the "retropie" -system on the card?

i think i currently have about 15.4gb of roms that i would like to use
