Intro Video problem Attract Mode

Hello,
First apologies if this has already been discussed. I did search and couldn't find anything.I have an intro video that worked fine in ES but does not in AM. It starts to play fine and then the display gets messed up, the audio usually keeps playing but the video is lost.
It's in MP4 format and it is approx 1min 10sec long and 7.89mb in size. Yes it is longer than it needs to be but really fits the theme of my bartop. It's basically the hyperspin intro with personalised audio.Are there any tricks to get this to work?
