autostart.sh not running
-
Hi,
I'm trying to mount some Samba shared folders at retropie boot, adding some lines into autostart.sh file, but it seems to not be running. I have made some tests, like adding "touch /home/p.p" in the autostart file to check if it is running but the command is not being executed.
Can someone help me please?

Read https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first as agreed when registering on the forum. No idea what version of anything you are running. No idea of your setup. No idea of the contents of
autostart.sh

Please post the output of this (Please format it in a code block - http://commonmark.org/help/ - or use an external paste site)
cat /etc/profile.d/10-retropie.sh cat /opt/retropie/configs/all/autostart.sh
[edit] I just noticed you are using a third party distribution - I cannot support other peoples re-packaging of RetroPie so please use our official image for this. having said that - It's most likely they have the older boot method or something - you can try disable autostart and re-enabling.

"/etc/profile.d/10-retropie.sh" does not exist.
"cat /opt/retropie/configs/all/autostart.sh"
touch /home/pi/roms/p.p2
sudo touch /home/pi/roms/p.p2sThe autostart file is only for testing. I have executed it manually and it works, but is not running on boot as expected.
How can I disable and enable autostart.sh as you say?
Thanks.

@Guijar from RetroPie-Setup in configuration / tools -> autostart.

This solved my problem too!
