      Pi Model: 3+
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.1
      Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
      USB Devices connected: Xbox 360 controller dongle
      Controller used: xbox360

      i updated my Pie to 4.1 about a week ago. and i just found that i cant get use a to configure the Emulators. no i do not know when it worked last

      i have not had to get into the Emulator config for a bit now.
      here is the funny part. if i move my left joystick around when the runcommend is up (saying to press a)
      i get a odd characters and then the config screen will come up.

      any thoughts?

      RPi3B+ / 200GB/ RetroPie v4.5.14, RPi4 Model B 4gb / 256gb / RetroPie 4.8.2
      RPi5 4gb / 512gb / RetroPie 4.8.9 -Basic

        it seems with the launching screens that i got from here.

        i just need to spam the a button to get it the timing correct.
