      Hi.

I usually read wiki to get informed.

Recently, I discovered some pages are outdated, specifically some emulators extension support (a lot of them supports ZIP).

Today, I updated Atari 2600 wiki page with two new (and supported) rom extensions (.zip .gz). I don't know if there is someone in charge of this task or can be updated by anyone.

If you agree, I can update a few emulators.

@AlonsoLP I'm not sure if the intention is to list the supported extensions by the emulator/core or the extensions that wil get displayed on emulationstation (from the es_config). Maybe @herb_fargus can give some directions here...

@meleu we could separate rom extensions and compression supported extensions (to clarify) for each emulator.

@meleu that's a good question, there may be some merit to distinguishing between supported file types vs compressed file types, though I am not sure how to beat represent that on the wiki pages (I've always been of the opinion to decompress the files because it seems people tend to run into problems with compressed files more often than not...)

@herb_fargus Well, I've thought about it and now I have an opinion: I think that the best approach would be to keep the wiki matching the RetroPie configs. It would be a K.I.S.S. approach, because it's hard to maintain this info always up-to-date with upstream supported extensions.

And then rename the "extensions" column with "suggested extensions". I think it would be easier to maintain. And would avoid people saying "wiki says that the X supports only extensions .foo and .bar but it supports .xyz also".
