I tried to buy the screws in a hardware store, but the screws which have the size #4-40 3/8.

Will these screws be available in an IKEA store?

The types of screws that I need to finish the PiGRRL 2 project from Adafruit are:

#4-40 3/8 machine screws
#2-56 3/8 machine screws
