Change ATTRACT MODE mainscreen artwork (where you select the emulators on the wheel)?

Hey all,
I am familiar with Retropie and Emulationstation, but i have only recently discovered ATTRACT MODE. I have to say, it's absolutely amazing. I have a question, though... I downloaded an image for my RPI3, and the attract mode and everything is working - the wheels, the roms, etc... On the very main screen where you scroll through the wheel of your available emulators, the artwork shows a cartoon girl with an Atari symbol on her clothing, and it says "New Retro Arcade Neon" on the top. What is this particulat artwork placeholder called? Is this considered the splash screen? The reason that I ask is that i'd like to figure out how to swap that for another picture....Thanks in advance!
