Retro Pie set to boot error
-
hi,
I'm fairly new to Retro pie, I have successfully installed it manually on Raspian though when I re-enter set up to auto boot I get the following "Programmer Error, Unrecognised Boot Option."Looking online it appears others have the same issue recently? Anyone know how to fix this?

@acey Please update retropie-setup and try again - there was a small typo in the autostart code which could have affected it (If I have guessed right about how you are trying to autoboot - you should provide more information when posting - https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first)

I'll try that, sorry for the lack of information. My Rasp Pi is in a different location. I will try this later in the week and try again. thanks.

if anyone is else has this problem, in terminal type
-
sudo bash
-
raspi-config
-
change boot option to console with login
As for the retro pie set up although it says programming error it still works.
