      Hello,
I posted an earlier thread that didn't get much traction. To TLDR it, I'm unable to save in-game in N64.

I've narrowed the issue down to mupen64plus. The config file for it (/opt/retropie/configs/n64/mupen64plus.cfg) shows that the save game directory is /RetroPie/roms/n64, instead of /home/pi/RetroPie/...

The common solution is to update from binary, which I've done, but it did not fix the issue. I tried updating from source and did not have any luck either.

Has this been broken again or are my updates unsuccessful?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

@EtherBoo Have you tried manually editing the cfg file?

@markyh444 Yes! After a manual edit, it just reverts back to its original settings.
