Using Advmame with mame4all on retropie 2

I have mame4all up and running on my retropie 2 and was wondering
When I add my .94 Roms to Advmame folder will they just show up
In the one mame folder on the emulation station or do I need to
Set up another mame sub folder? Sorry if this has been answered already -
It will show up as another mame system so you'll have two. if you only want one mame system put them in the arcade folder.
