is passing mednafen settings to the lr-beetle-pce-fast and supergrafx core possible?

Hi guys,
if notice that there is heaving blurriness when using pce_fast core for pc engine.
I was wondering if/how i could pass mednafen settings like pce_fast.pxshader, pce_fast.special ,pce_fast.tblur to retro arch when loading the pce_fast core, is it possible to add these somewhere so i can experiment with the settings to find something to my liking?
I see good results from lr-beetle-supergraphx but to a bit to harsh for me while lr-beetle-pce-fast looks more the way i want to see it but has blur issues
For me,the the best is in between these 2, and that brings me to this questioni am running on a Pi3 with latest retropie 4.1 using hdmi to vga to BNC to Sony PVM
