Issue bluetooth after updated retropie to 4.1.10
-
Hi everyone,
The first, sorry for my english. I have the next issue after updated the version retropie to 4.1.10, now the bluetooth search is not working, I can't search devices with my raspberry PI.
The bluetooth is working since the PS3 controller is vinculated but try vinculate the SFC30 8bitdo and when the search to device is not working and remains searching without finishing.
In the command line tried to enter the bluetoothctl and after entering it remains hung since I can not apply any command:
- power on
- scanning
- etc ...
Any idea? any solution? someone is in the same situation?
Thanks & regards

@Anthony Did you install the PS3 driver ? When installing that it informs you that it disables bluetooth functionality. You can however remove it, pair the 8bitdo, and then install and they may still work afterwards. This is not officially supported though.

When installing the ps3 controller driver it displays:
NOTE: You cannot currently use PS3 controllers with other bluetooth devices. The PS3 controller driver disables the standard bluetooth stack. If you want to use a wireless keyboard along with your PS3 controllers you can use 2.4ghz wireless devices that come with their own dongle.

Yes, the driver to PS3 controller are installed. I deleted the drivers and the bluetooth in raspberry is working again :)
Gamepad SFC30 8bitdo is now vinculated and working and the PS3 gamepad is working with bluetooth and not necessary the driver controller.
Thanks & regards ;) :)
