Sega MegaDrive Errors

Hello,
Recently got Retro Pie (V4.1) and have a few issues. I have attached a picture of something that comes up every time I run a game. Is this normal?
Also I am trying to run NHL 96 and I get the following issues after trying to start the game I have tried multiple ROM's thinking it was the ROM but with no luck.

@tedgruber It's normal. It's not an error. It's just telling you where to look if things go wrong. Give it no further thought. You can hide that box if you really want to.
