I have a pi 3 b with the newest version of retropie. I only use megadrive, nes, and snes. I am new to this and just set it up within the last week. The megadrive and NES work and look great. The snes looks bad. Its blurry, pixelated, you cant usually read the text very well. Is there a way to fix this. You cant even try and play any sports game. For comparison i will play the same game from genesis and snes and it is just bad on the snes side. I have watched some help videos and read some forums. It usually talks about shaders and smoothing. Ive tried alot of that and it doesnt seem to help. Most say they all look bad but mine is only on snes. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It sounds like your render resolution is set really low somehow. I know 320x240 looks pretty bad to me, it doesn't scale well.

Trying settings Render Res to Output, or something higher like 640x480, 800x600 etc.

While in game press select+X and go to settings>video, turn on Integer Scaling.
