I have downloaded my roms in preparation of setting up retro.. but I have a question do I need to strip each game roms file out of every folder or can I leave the game files in their current unzipped state with out opening each one to rip out the .nes files

the file looks like c/desktop/ninetendo/ game name folder/game.nes where game is the name of the file..

I just don't want to have to open hundreds of files to rip out the game files.. lol help would be appreciated
