CONTROLLER HELP

Hey bros kind of a nebwie here. I programmed about 4 raspberry pi3 with retropie at home. When i took them to work to hook it up to the tv there, it loads up emulationstation but nothing comes up saying gamepad detected. I tried 3 different controllers and none of them are working. All 3 are wirless with usb receivers. They work perfectly at home, would it be something with the wifi? Any help would be appreciated.
