      Hi.

I am using an old Sears Super Video Arcade shell for my RetroPie/EmuStation build. Everything on it works great. I have a Mausberry circuit hooked up to the SSVA power switch, which was easy to do and works great. All emulators I have running in it work flawlessly now. This thing is a blast!

So I am looking at this huge gold button with 'rest' written on it... hmmm... how can I use it? I was thinking of attaching a momentary switch to a bread-board under the SSVA reset button, so that when pressed, can reset the running game back to start. But what do I wire the switch to and is there a way for RetroPie to recognize this as a usable input?

I watched a couple of videos on the GPIO board, and hooking-up buttons to inputs, but I don't see it relate to using it in RetroPie... keeping in mind I am not a Rocket Scientist, I can do a lot, but programming is not one of them.

Thanks for the help... I hope this all makes sense. Would be GREAT to have the original button actually reset the emulator as it did back when it was just a single console.

      James
