I cant use my Arcade Buttons and Joysticks in game!!!

Hey guys, at first i want you to know, that i live in germany and my english skills are very very bad, but i try to discribe my problem!!! I build a Arcade Cabinet, with these parts,

its a yuyao encoder, the problem i have is, that i can use the button and J-sticks on the dashboard, but in game it doesnt work, I have no clue why!!
have someone the same problem like me, i search a lot of hours, but without any match :( can someone helb, pleaaaaaassseee

Unless you provide the details listed here,
Please do not post a support request without first reading and following the advice in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-firstNobody will have any clue either. For example, Which game? Which Emulator?
