Ipac2?

Looking to finish my bartop arcade but i dont have a top hat yet for my raspberry pi for the arcade buttons. Is Ipac2 the best i can get for retropie or is there another way to go? I have my bartop built for two people. A total of 19 buttons all together and two joysticks.
