Just was wondering why I'm having issues with my install on the Pi Zero,
The Controller works and is configured properly however when I reboot
it goes through all the way to the home screen but the controller does not work,
Emulation station does not ask me to configure it.
When I unplug it and plug it back in with everything already booted it starts working....
If I do a restart the controller still works.... It is just on a cold start that it doesn't work and I have to unplug it and plug it back in.

I've tried the max_usb in the boot config and it doesn't fix it.
It just seems like the zero wants be to unplug and plug the usb back in for it to work.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
