Vice won't install on Ubuntu Retropie

I've tried to install Vice on my Ubuntu PC with Retropie. I have tried using different versions of linux in both 32bit and 64bit, still no luck.

@hardmanm How are you trying to install it? It's in the optional packages in the setup script.

It won't install from Opt Packages, downloads dependents, and then fails after a minute.
