Played Puzzle Bobble almost all yesterday.
Which system?
I wonder why they called it "Bust A Move" in the US…

Mame, no clue as to the name change

Inspired by the Vectrex overlays, I've been playing a lot of **Scramble. ** I've always loved the feel of Vectrex games, and this side scroller may seem basic, but gets hard rather quickly!

Final fantasy 7

I've been failing at Shatterhand on NES all week... That, and I'm on my 10,234th round of Tetris with the wife.

lol there's a euphemism in there some where, I'm just not going to bite;)
Tetris ftw though, the day's not over till I've done 9-5 at least once -
I'm not sure if this counts but the last 2 weeks I've been working on Cally's Caves 3 using Moonight/Steam (from my Desktop PC to my Raspberry Pi on the living room TV). I finally 100% it over the weekend. It is a Metroidvania platformer that also brings back memories of playing Goonies II on the NES (only way better). You can also find a few little hints of Zelda in it as well.
I believe Cally's Caves 3 was originally released on Android devices (Cally's Caves part 1 and 2 I know are on Android) but it had been remastered and updated for a PC/Steam release. I was pleasantly surprised by its superb and fluid handling of your character. You can level up all your weapons and with a New Game + mode you can unlock higher weapon tiers and there's a second ending. After you beat it you can play 3 more free DLCs (Servival, Bera's Quest and Melvin's Zone). It also has a great and catchy soundtrack. I find myself humming some of the songs from time to time.

That's high praise. I might have to check that out.
Myself, I've been playing a lot of 'Famicom Wars' this week. I have a casual objective of moving onto 'Military Madness' from there on the TurboGrafx-16 and finally onto the two 'Advance Wars' games for the Nintendo DS. It really is true what they say; War is hell... and so darn cute.
