The problem is that whenever I try to launch RetroPie-Setup, it goes through a bunch of lines, and ends with a line that says "Unsupported OS" and goes back to the emulation station screen. I am currently running RetroPie 3.6 on a Raspberry Pi 3. Help would be well appreciated at the moment!

      Thanks!

Cannot advise without more information. When it says unsupported OS it should give more details - please at least post the output.

@Rabih My guess is you are running Raspbian Wheezy and not Jessie, the latest version of the OS. Wheezy is no longer supported. Update or preferably reinstall from fresh.
