PPSSPP build fails on x86_64 ubuntu

The build for PPSSPP is failing for me, but lr-PPSSPP did build. Here are my details:
Zotac ZBOX-BI320-U-W2 Desktop PC Celeron 2957U (Haswell)
RetroPie Version Used: 4.1.14
Controller used: Logitech Rumblepad 2
Error messages received:-- Configuring incomplete, errors occurred!

Emulator: PPSSPPHow to replicate the problem: This is on a fresh install of Ubuntu Desktop 16.04.2 AMD64.
I Completed the basic install and then tried to do Manage optional packages. Any help would be appreciated.If I download a prebuilt binary from the PPSSPP website is it possible to integrate it into RetroPie?

I can't reproduce it here on my Ubuntu 17.04 x64 system - maybe it was a temporarily upstream issue. Please clear the PPSSPP source folder (from retropie-setup packages menu for ppsspp) and try again. You should also open a new topic with logs and provide more information about your system - the original post is 6 months old.
