Raspberry Pi Zero W?
-
@herb_fargus I've tried this image and it doesn't work with the Pi Zero W. I thought there was an updated img that people were using?
-
The standard 0/1 image on the download page should now work with a Pi Zero W. Can you try it again? If it's still not working please let us know the exact issue you're seeing.
-
@tashman I downloaded the image and used both Win32DiskImager and Etcher to flash it to my SD card. It doesn't boot in the Zero W. I was able to use NOOBS and get to the bootloader, but obviously RetroPie isn't available.

@BuZz Ok, I can but since I am just looking for the update img file everyone mentioned
here, I assumed I would post here. -
@SIB217 As far as I understand, that update image was only a temporary fix until a new RetroPie update was released. It is obsolete, now.
-
@Flavor Oh ok. Not sure if the latest img is supposed to be the updated version, but I still have the same issue. Trying got post a new topic with my info, but I can't seem to figure out how to add a tag LOL
-
@Flavor How do I add a tag to my new topic, so it will let me post?
-
@SIB217 I think it should include Pi Zero W support. Have you tried a regular Raspbian image to see if your hardware works properly?
-
@Flavor Yeah I was able to install Raspian Lite with NOOBS and it worked fine. I am building this for a friend and would prefer the RetroPie, so it will just boot into it for him.
