      I have two 8bitdo controllers (a Nes30 Pro and an SFC30).

I have both of them connected and setup. If they're both connected retroarch works fine, I've set the SFC to be player 2. However if I only connect one controller then retroarch changes the input 1 to be nothing. Likewise if I have both connected but turn off the SFC (player 2) then input 1 in retroarch gets reset to nothing.

Is there anyway that retroarch can always have my nes30 as input 1 and remember this if it's not connected?

I'm running this on an RPI3, retropie 3.7 and using a BT dongle.
