I think I accidentally deleted the Genesis folder, and so and I can't add Genesis roms. Can I just make A new folder and name it correctly? If so what do I name it.

the genesis folder was just a symlink to the megadrive folder. You can't create a new genesis folder but you can recreate the link by reinstalling lr-picodrive (or any other megadrive emulator) from retropie-setup menu 5.

Or just use the megadrive folder.
