Games not showing up on Emulation station anymore

I've been adding games to the Pi for a while now, I've had no problem adding them until now.
The only thing I have done differently is change the theme for Emulation Station and Scrape information off sites for the boxart and description, now no more of my games are showing up on the lists when I put the pen drive in.
Also, 50 odd games have also vanished off the SNES list.Thanks in advance.

OK, my apologies, i have no idea what went wrong but its just randomly fixed itself.
Ignore this post now.
