Gameboy zero config error

I just recently set up my pi grrl and followed the guide from adafruit.
But for some reason every time I load a config this is what appears. sorry about the noise in the background.
If you know how to fix this please help me! -
Did you disable the retropie splashscreen ? Please post the contents of your
/boot/cmdline.txtNote you can speed up boot by disabling "wait for network" in raspi-config.
