Hey everyone. A few months ago, I picked up a Wiimote and a Mayflash DolphinBar and successfully got it to work as a light gun in the AdvMame emulator, since the latest release of AdvMame (from August, I believe), included light gun support. It worked great, and I didn't even have to tweak or calibrate anything, and I got several games to work (Operation Wolf, Lethal Enforcers, and more) and I couldn't be happier with the results.

However, there currently are no console emulators on Retropie that support light guns, at least not any that doesn't involve code tweaking of some kind, which I largely am not familiar. I have tried non-libreto emulators like DGEN for Genesis and Osmose for SMS, but both of them only work half way - I can fire on the screen, but there are no crosshairs that I can move, and it only fires in the dead center of the screen and I can't move it anywhere else. Besides that, they are very slow and choppy emulators as well. There was another non-libretro NES emulator that I tried as well, with the same result, I could fire in the center, but couldn't move it around.

Does anyone know a way to fix this, or possibly different non-libreto emulators that may be added under experimental packages in future releases? I've been told that none of the libretro emulators support lightgun/mouse, but lr-mame2003 and lr-mame2010 are both supposed to support light guns, so who knows. Thanks, and sorry for the lengthy post:)
