It might be my lack of knowledge of the English language but all I got from the original post is, that it is looking nice and easy to use. But I still don't know what exactly it does.
My first guess was that it copies roms either from PC to USB or from USB to Pi. And in both cases do I ask myself, why do I need an extra tool for that?

@EctoOne this utility is built to be very specific. Its only 2 uses are to properly format a USB Flash Drive for use with a Raspberry Pi, and then to move game ROMs onto it. It is a very narrow program, that is focused on getting ROMs onto a flash drive to then plug into a Raspberry Pi. Its built to be user friendly and very slim, but robust. PROGRAM> [FORMAT] USB || PROGRAM > [CUT FILE] > [PASTE FILE] USB

PS What language do you speak?
