Where to view controller config changes made through retroarch menus?

I updated my controls using the in game retro arch menu in PSX. The changes all work great, but I don't see the changes documented in my /configs/psx/retroarch.cfg file.
# Settings made here will only override settings in the global retroarch.cfg if placed$ input_remapping_directory = "/opt/retropie/configs/psx/" #include "/opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg"Is there a file somewhere that has these changes? It's not a big deal because the control changes work fine, but I'm interested in seeing the changes to the config file.
