      I'm using RetroPie 3.7 on a RaspberryPi 2.

Everything was OK and then I did a massive (more than 5 thousand games) scraper for SNES/NES/MegaDrive/MasterSystem/Atari2600 ROMs. (Yes! I exited the emulationstation before using the scraper!) And after that the emulationstation takes loooooooong long long time to exit (+5 minutes). The screen goes to text mode, the cursor is on the top left corner with no shell prompt. It happens with any kind of exit (F4, Quit Emulation Station, Shutdown System, etc.).

I know that the problem is the emulationstation because I went to another terminal (Alt+F2), used the ps command and noted the emulationstation process keeps running.

If I hit CTRL+C (at the problematic terminal, of course), the emulationstation process stops, and the system gives me the bash prompt.

I think this problem isn't so trivial to solve. So I wanna ask another question: Is there a way to undo the scraper? What files do I have to delete?
