      Hi Folks, dont worry this isnt a ROM Set question (as such). Ive moved from AdvanceMame to MAME2003 for my builds - mainly as its so convenient (and I love Floobs Video Manager). However, even with the correct ROM Set Ive noticed that a handful of my commonly used ROM's no longer work -

      Starwars
      StarTrek
      Empire Strikes Back
      Spy Hunter
      etc

      Is this normal? For the moment Ive supplemented these with AdvanceMame ROMS as I know these work ok but I was rather hoping for a smooth, no hassle transition ...

        @Lamaman1971 Can you be more exact than "no longer work"? Are they failing to launch? Are they crashing in-game? Are they ignoring inputs? Have you looked at the /dev/shm/runcommand.log? What does it say?

          Only looked up two of those but they don't work and are listed as not working in the mame2003 compatibility list.

          You'll have to, just like most of us, run multiple mame emulators to get everything to work... NOTHING works on everything unfortunately.
