I have just started out with the Retropie, but i have noticed that the sound is not good on some games.
I have only so far played NES games and SNES games, and the sound problems seems to be mostly on the SNES games.
I´m not sure how to explain it in a good way, but it sounds kind of "raspy" and distorted on certain tones. I think its mainly on lower tones?

And sometimes the music / sound on the games sort of slows down and plays the sound at a slower pace than usual.

Are these things something that can be adjusted or fixed somehow or is it a hardware thing?

        A few suggestions

        1. Make sure you have a good power supply. Low power will cause the RPi to throttle down causing all sorts of glitches

        2. If you're using the 3.5mm jack, better get a USB sound card. The 3.5mm is known for it's noisy output.
