        @ccouteiro are you definitely using lr-mame-2003? All libretro emulators will use the same button config you set up in emulation station. You have to configure non-libretro emulator button configs up separately.
        I wasn't aware tab brings up the mame menu in LR versions, like in advance mame, but I've never needed to so haven't tried.

          I update to the last version of Retropie , it´s working now, the exit function start+select.

          The problem with street fighter 2 champion edition persists. I only have 4 buttons per player. The button 5 and 6 appears on the mame tab menu, but when i push the buttons to assign them , nothing happens, they don´t assume 5 and 6 button... How do i install advanced mame emulator?

            what buttons are you pressing? did you bind these buttons in the initial configuration? what did retropad button did you bind them to?

              I have two zero arcade encoders.Both players have 6 buttons, i tested the all 12 buttons on windows and they are all working . When i ´m at mame menu (pressing TAB during the game) , i choose to setup the controls, it appears dispersed, but they are there, the 6 buttons, when i try to assign the 5 and the 6, it doesn´t assign them...

                  @dankcushions

                  1- Button 5 and Button 6
                  2- Which initial configuration ? Emulation station? Well on emulation station i only assign 4 buttons, maybe the problem is here... I didn´t assign more than 4 buttons because , the others ones are triggers and other buttons from console controllers...
                  3- Retropad is zero arcade encoder...

                    this is the problem. libretro cores can only see the buttons you have assigned in emulationstation.

                        One more thing.

                        The emulationstation , detected my two controllers, so i have to assign both them?

                        How can i delete games ( i have some that i don´t want them) from my sdcard through the retropie , it´s possible?

                          yeah! i think 'select'to get to the selected game's options > edit metadata > delete :)
