Help with attract mode: lost configuration and displays settings
-
I've simply disconnected and re-connected my raspberry pi 3 based arcade cabinet. I had attract mode fully working before disconnect everything. Now there's any display. Everything seems working (e.g. the controllers, even the hyperion lights. The pi boots from SD but then read the os from HD. All the files seem ok, except for the displays in attract mode. Any help?

You mean without shutting down properly? like pulling the power?

@rbaker I have installed a shutdown button that still works. Even emulationstation works. it's only a problem of attract mode.

Honestly it would be better to ask on the attract mode forum it self for help on this one.
And when you do..please provide better information...what are your displays doing or not doing? IF nothing else someone might be able to provide you with a display configuration to copy and paste back in.
Your configuration files might be corrupted just replacing them by either copy and paste..retyping by and or even pulling them from the raw image would work..I've done all three...

@akafox you're probably right. I must confess that I've never been able to pass the damn question in the register page: in which language is attract mode written in? Yup
