Hey I was having this problem and I made some leway by finding this posting "https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/11037/retropie-is-not-full-screen-on-my-display-i-have-tried-almost-every-conventional-method-but-nothing-works" but I can't seem to get the exact numbers and if someone else has managed to get the numbers for the overscan I would greatly appriciate it. thanks.
