      Hello Everyone!

      I've tried to download both the RPi Zero and RPi 2/3 images, but each time, they download up to a certain point, then it just stops.

      Note: I recently upgraded to Comcast XFINITY's GIG 1000Mbps/35Mbps; from 250Mbps/10Mbps.

      Is anyone else having this issue?

      Thanks!

        Just downloaded exactly the same file and it took 2 minutes. It started at 4.1MB/s and did not slow down The site is good and it could be your internet connection or ISP provider. Or it could also be the bandwidth, how many users are connected to the internet on the router at the same time?

            Hi Ibro,

            I also recently upgraded to comcast xfinity gig internet and am having exactly the same problems as yourself.

            This issue makes no sense to me when other people are able to download the images.

            Why would there be a specific problem with this internet provider?

                @uncledisgusting

                Comcast could be performing network management techniques, such as network traffic shaping or even sending out RST packets.

                I'd have to perform a network packet inspection using Wireshark and then contact Comcast Technical Support and AWS to see if they can determine the reason's why a download from s3.amazonaws.com would eventually fail.

                But, I did use a VPN service and didn't have any issues downloading it.
