@MajorDangerNine I've not checked but I suspect you renamed important page(s), breaking any links to them from other pages and the navigation on our docs (and generation of). Would be wise to check before making changes like this.
Renaming pages is a bad idea in general since it breaks links to them.
Comcast could be performing network management techniques, such as network traffic shaping or even sending out RST packets.
I'd have to perform a network packet inspection using Wireshark and then contact Comcast Technical Support and AWS to see if they can determine the reason's why a download from s3.amazonaws.com would eventually fail.
But, I did use a VPN service and didn't have any issues downloading it.
