I am using an official RetroPie image on a Raspberry Pi 3. When attempting to load Final Fantasy 7 from an cue file, I get "unsupported/invalid CD image: /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/psx/ff7_d1.cue". I ripped the CD image myself using cdrdao. Cue file:

      FILE "ff7_d1.bin" BINARY
      TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
      INDEX 01 00:00:00

Cue file is located in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/psx, mode 0644. "ff7_d1.bin" is located in the same directory, mode 0644. I've confirmed that MD5 sums are identical between the .bin file on my Pi and the one on my desktop.

The weird thing is that it worked an hour ago, and I can't figure out what I've done wrong since.

@popefelix open up the .cue file and make sure the name of the iso or bin file is named exactly what it says in there including all caps and lowercase including on the .bin .BIN .iso .ISO. Linux is case sensitive.

@edmaul69 I've verified that the file exists (I wrote a little Perl script to extract the filename out of the cue file). Do I need to specify the fully-qualified path, or is the bare filename enough?

@popefelix inside the .cue file it can only have the filename of the bin/iso in it with caps and lowercase correct. If the contents of the .cue file is correct then it should work. If not find it from elsewhere.
