You forgot to include the overlay.cfg files telling retroarch which file to use and how to scale it.

Or could anyone give details on how to create a cfg file for a specific overlay? -

You're missing the ctr tv frame though. -
@bobibrown Its in the integer scale folder in both 4:3 and pixel perfect sizes. I tried to make a crt one for full screen but it didn't look right
