So I connected two controllers via bluetooth to my pie and they are functioning as controller 1 and 2 correctly but the light on the front of both controllers show the 1 light lit up so you cant tell which controller is player 1 and which is player two. These controllers have the ability to show 4 different player lights, like the PS3 controllers do. Any suggestions on how to fix this so controller 2 has the 2 light lit up when it's connected?

@tropez You can't. It's the same on Xbox 360 controllers also. The lights indicating player number must be part of the proprietary drivers installed on each hardware system. The generic OS drivers used in Linux / RetroPie haven't included this function.
