I'm trying to update my old 4.2.20 version if Retropie to the latest version. It keeps coming up with an error about my local changes to my platforms.cfg file would be overwritten and that I'd have to either commit my changes or stash them before the merge. I just want to go ahead and commit those changes so how do go about that?

Pi Model or other hardware: B
      Power Supply used: 2.5A
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.2.20
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
USB Devices connected: keyboard, xbox 360 wired controller
Controller used: xbox 360 wired controller

You'd submit them through your github account.

@kbanger1 just delete the file. Or make a backup of it if you want to keep it for some reason, but you shouldn't be modifying that file anyways
