Remove system select and other options inside an emulator - when others play?

I have a problem when my friends and kids play games. I don't think this is removed in kiosk/kids mode.

When in an emulator (I only use MAME so far) there a lot of stuff at the bottom of the game preview screen:
OPTIONS, MENU, FAVORITES, RANDOM, BACK, LAUNCH, SYSTEM AND CHOOSE.

There a lot of things that my friends/kids suddenly choose here - for instance they seem to often change the system by accident (moving the joystick left and right), and with the recent updates there are more possibilitues of them selecting stuff.

Can I remove these options - especially the option of selecting another system when in this game preview mode?

@steffenbrauner Turn off the Quick system select option in ES main menu. This prevents scrolling left or right when in a system gamelist.
