@ineedagiro Please answer the questions from https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first - especially what emulator are you using.
Since this seems to be a fairly new ROM hack, it might have problems with the default RetroPie SNES emulator - so try running the ROM through a different emulator - you can see in the docs what you have available for SNES here.

@markyh444 Okay, maybe my attitude was a bit off. In fact it was probably rude. I'll apologise if he shows up again.
The core of what I said still stands. A ROM hack of unknown origin, based on an unknown ROM version played by some tit on Twitch plays better on an unspecified platform than this unknown version of unknown origin played on an unspecified emulator...
Okay, where would you start with that one?

@jonnykesh no, I agree more info is definitely needed, especially with regards to the RetroPie build and emulator used.

It was just the tone, though I get that the support forums can frustrate when people don't read the forum rules etc and don't provide the base info. I work in IT support and need to have the patience of a saint at times. A vast majority of people picking up RetroPie are not as tech savvy as we expect, so we just have to keep that in mind when replying to support requests I think.

Emulator: I'm sorry, I know this is the most important one but I'm not sure how to find this. A bit of help?
Config Files: Again, don't know what these are either. If it means in the config folder on my usb that I used to download RetroPie, that's empty

Sorry that I don't know this stuff well at all. As for the streamer I know no information about him so that part of my original post is irrelevant.

Again, sorry for putting up a crappy original post. I know you'll probably burn me here for not knowing the emulator I'm using but I just don't know how to find that.

@ineedagiro Please remove any ROM download links from your posts - it's against the forum rules.

Emulators - should be one of the SNES emulators from here https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Super-Nintendo-Entertainment-System/ . Not sure which is default. Assuming you're running a default settigns image, press Select + X during the game and tell us what's the text at the bottom left of the page.

You can install more than one SNES emulator through the RetroPie-Setup install/config script and you can choose one for your ROM by pressing a button immediately after launching the ROM - see the Runcommand docs.

@mitu Pressing Select + X just resets the game and it says 'Reset' in yellow in the bottom left.

Then you should pay attention on the Launchcommand menu (before the game starts) and see what's the emulator used to start the game. Regardless, you can install another SNES emulator and chose it to run your ROM with the Launch command menu, just to see if the error goes away.
