      I have just installed the latest beta image and then ran the installer for reicast and it will not load up anything, giving this error message in the runcommand.log:

      terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
      what(): basic_string::_S_construct null not valid
      /opt/retropie/emulators/reicast/bin/reicast.sh: line 76: 1098 Aborted aoss "$rootdir/emulators/reicast/bin/reicast" $params -config config:image="$ROM" >> /dev/null

          Thanks @TheDutyPaid
          I setup my controller using ES and it appears to be working now. I guess it needed to output a dreamcast keymapping.

            you need to dopy the 2 dc bios files and copy them out of the bios folder and need to go in the reicast emulator folder. the update deleted the shortcuts from the reicast folder to the bios folder

              @pimpmaul69 ok looks like you fixed it a different way. the bios files was my issue. i will leave this info for others however.

                @TheDutyPaid The link says access denied. is there an updated link? When i try to open a DC game the Retropie screen loads and then just pushes me back into the game selection screen.

                  I updated to 4.0 beta 2 retropie on raspberry pi 3 and now crazy taxi 1 & 2 dont work now. Other .cdi files that work still work. I know my original crazy taxi files were pal but they worked before. Got a new set but not sure what region they are. Crazy taxi 2 just shows a white block then goes back to the menu, but crazy taxi 1 goes to a black screen and you cant get out of it without resetting the system.

                    @FOGOR The Link was to a post on this very forum, I am not sure why it is not there? I can't find a working link to it, but it was fine when I posted it.
