November 2017 Game of the Month: Kid Dracula

I thought that it would be cool to have a game with a Xmas ambience. Like these ones:

• Daze Before Christmas (MegaDrive)
• Daze Before Christmas (SNES)
• Home Alone 2 (NES)
• Home Alone 2 (SNES)
• Batman Returns (NES)
• Batman Returns (SNES)
• Batman Returns (MegaDrive)

Any other suggestions?

I get how these tie into christmas, but how does Batman Returns tie in?

Also, doing a quick search pretty much shows that most, if not all xmas games were just the worst. So maybe let not make xmas a requirement?

Have you watched the movie? It has a Christmas ambiance, and so are the games.

I haven't had my Cheevos working lately bc I forgot my dingus password, but luckily I screenshot every ending on the Pi. I definitely used save states though.

I beat Kid Dracula with an hour and a half left in the month! WHEW!

Edit: My achievement shows 12-1 but it’s 10:40 PM EST on 11/30. DONT TAKE THIS AWAY FROM ME RETROACHIEVEMENTS. 😡

Pocky and Rocky piques my interest lol. All of these would be a first for me.

Each one that completed the challenge suggest a game and we set a poll. My suggestion is Batman Returns (SNES).

I’m going to suggest The Firemen(SNES). Haven’t really played it before but it looks very good and has some cheevos.
