      Model: RPi 3B
RetroPie Version: 4.3 with latest updates

The scraper appears to stall after selecting a game from the search results list (Mega Drive running as Genesis using the platforms.cfg settings). This occurs with any game I try to scrape.

I'm not sure if this is a TheGamesDB.net problem, or with RetroPie, but I'm forced to cancel the scraping and reboot the system (otherwise I start getting strange effects like missing theme images and unreadable block text). Perhaps there is a memory leaks.

I looked for runcommand.log in both /tmp/ and /dev/shm/, but no such file exists. So, I don't have any potential error messages to provide.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

@retrocake It happens from time to time, because thegamesdb.net is too busy and no response is received by the scraper. You can try scraping at another time or use the alternate scraper - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Scraper/
