Changing gamelist/rom list - help!

Hi, I'm not the master of Retropie - but I think this one is a challenge. Currently, I'm running the Retroarma theme. When you go into a system - such as Atari, you will have a games list that is quite cramped. Not to my tasting in my own opinion. I can't upload the image (too large).

Anyway, I want to change the look of the gameslist to something like tronkyfran - like this:
I want the system images outside to be the same though.

I have one idea - that I could get the Tronkyfran theme, but then copy the Retroarma system images and replace the system images of the Tronkyfran theme. I'd like to know how to do this though, as I am... well, a noob!
